A Study visit to the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa) which was designed for senior administrators, to experience the systems and strategies for developing undergraduates.

"I had an amazing learning experience, my mind was open to new insights, knowledge and experience.  It was a worthwhile experience learning from great facilitators and their unique style of passing knowledge. I leave going back to improve on what I am currently doing and hope to send the feedback of the impact soonest. I anticipate more training like this and would rate the whole experience 95%."

"The sessions have been very stimulating, educative and revealing.  Indeed the tools, methodology and proposals put forward and practical, use able and will definitely change Nigeria's tertiary institutions to dynamics organisations that will make university products employable and also entrepreneurs.
The faculty members are excellent and passionate and effective."

"The following impacted greatly on me and my team will likely be taking back to the university.

  • The chaster-village approach which we are already running,  but we will take it to another level.
  •  Physical wellness Approach together with our. Total man concept to help further create a total and "well student"
  •  Student mentorship programme
  •  The Six Thinking Hats Approach, where every one  will be made to think at the same level par time
  • The counseling Center "referral student approach."

"Brain-Based Learning& Development was the most striking and challenging. Though, it will enhance the lecturer's view about the learning abilities of the students."
